Job Description:

* Work closely with customers to understand their needs and objectives, and develop effective technical and commercial solutions
* Provide technical leadership in reviewing scopes of work, evaluating project deliverables, and managing customer stakeholders
* Convert technical opportunities into sales and support commercial processes
* Coordinate with internal departments (such as marketing and finance) to ensure alignment on project and customer status
* Prepare proposals that address customer requirements, including pricing and sales terms
* Collaborate with commercial teams to achieve sales targets in line with business plans and financial objectives
* Develop new accounts and business lines, maintain long-term customer relationships, and maximize sales opportunities
* Create and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with annual sales targets and company priorities
* Conduct market research to identify potential customers and analyze their needs
* Monitor competitors and industry trends within the building market to support proactive decision-making
* Identify and develop application areas for electronically (software-controlled) hydraulic technologies in the Turkish market and support their expansion
* Lead development, field optimization, and commissioning of electronically controlled hydraulic projects

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
* Experience in technical sales, business development, or project management
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems and electronically controlled technologies
* Strong customer management and communication skills
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Team-oriented with a results-driven mindset
* Good command of English
