Job Description & Summary

PwC Ukraine is looking for a Consultant with 1-3 years of relevant professional experience to join our Sustainability services team.

You will work as part of project teams, contributing to ESG and sustainability projects while developing practical experience in sustainability and non-financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Consultant, you daily work will be to:

* Contribute to the delivery of ESG and sustainability projects under supervision of senior team members.

* Collect, structure, and analyze ESG-related data and information.

* Prepare presentations, reports, and client deliverables, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

* Support ESG assessments, benchmarking exercises, and gap analyses.

* Assist with sustainability and non-financial reporting in line with selected methodologies and frameworks.

* Support coordination of project tasks, timelines, and documentation.

* Communicate with internal team members to ensure smooth project execution.

* Apply internal methodologies, quality standards, and procedures in daily work.

* Stay informed about ESG trends, regulations, and sustainability topics relevant to projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's or Master's level in environmental science or related-field.

* General understanding of ESG and sustainable development, non-financial reporting, human rights, environmental and social aspects.

* Good written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and collaborate effectively in a team.

* Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced English language skills. 

* Strong skills with data collection, analytics, modelling, and visualization.

* Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.

* Previous internship or junior-level experience in ESG, sustainability, consulting, or related fields (will be an advantage).
