The elevator pitch of the role
As a Fragrance Development Apprentice in our Beauty Strategic Segment Unit (hair care, deodorant, skin care), you will partner & support cross-functional teams which will shape the future of fragrance. Working closely with category leaders, perfumers, strategic marketing, and consumer insights partners to support to develop fragrance solutions and innovation prototypes in line with our Beauty strategy.

Your mission
Support the creation of new fragrance themes as per new trends, market opportunities and consumers' preferences for the Beauty community.
Contribute to the category global expertise and olfactive tools.
Develop and update existing fragrance collections according to SSU needs.
Support cross category fragrance evaluations.

You bring
