We are looking for an Apprentice for the Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit in the Smart Infrastructure area who will be trained as a Technical Customer Support Apprentice in Milan.
The Electrical Products Business Unit (EP) provides a comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage electrical products and systems that ensure safe, reliable, and efficient electrical distribution. It supports customers across industries, infrastructure, and buildings with innovative and digital-ready solutions for power protection, control, and distribution.
During the apprenticeship, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your technical and customer-facing skills, supported by a dedicated mentor.

Your Challenge
As a Technical Customer Support Apprentice, your main activities will include:
* Providing first-level technical support via hotline to customers on Low Voltage products (e.g. circuit breakers, protection devices, panels…)
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution
* Supporting customers in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
* Escalating complex cases to internal experts and ensuring proper follow-up
* Managing customer requests, complaints, and service cases
* Supporting the creation of technical documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
* Collaborating with sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience
* Monitoring ticket status and maintaining accurate case documentation in CRM tools
* Supporting after-sales processes, including warranty claims and technical clarifications
* Contributing to the identification and implementation of AI-driven solutions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer support services

Required entry qualifications:
* You are under 30 years of age (Italian Apprenticeship requirements)
* You have acquired a Diploma, bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering, electronic engineering or similar
* Strong interest in low voltage electrical products and technical support
* Proficiency in English and Italian
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and of CRM will be considered a plus
* Strong communication and customer orientation skills

* Displays strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability
* Ability to work in a team and manage priorities
* Willingness to learn and grow in a technical support/customer service role
* Passion for AI and digital innovation, with an interest in leveraging AI tools and automation to optimize processes and service quality
* Eligibility to work in Italy

For apprenticeship contracts, the indicative gross annual salary range is between EUR28,475 and EUR35,700, depending on the candidate's educational background. The apprenticeship program includes defined salary steps: compensation increases progressively based on seniority and the acquisition of skills, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL).
