Job Description

* Data Analysis & Process Improvement: Analyze daily operational data to identify process bottlenecks and efficiency gaps. Develop data-driven recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize workflow.
* Machinery Data Management: Establish systematic methods for collecting, cleaning, and monitoring data from production machinery to ensure accurate performance tracking and historical record-keeping.
* Automation Projects: Assist the engineering and project management teams in developing automated reports and interactive dashboards to streamline manual data entry and provide real-time operational visibility.
* Operational Gap Support: Collaborate with production and engineering leads to bridge gaps in daily operations by maintaining accurate documentation, tracking KPIs, and supporting equipment troubleshooting efforts.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Management and Engineering teams to translate complex technical data into actionable insights, ensuring clear communication across departments

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Qualifications

* Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, SQL, Excel) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI). Familiarity with automation concepts and dashboard development.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify process bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions
