Job Description

As an Apprentice Chef, you will learn to:
* Prepare and present quality dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner, events, buffets, and room service.
* Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
* Assist with food preparation and mise en place to support smooth service.
* Manage stock effectively and help minimise food waste.
* Keep kitchen equipment clean, safe, and service-ready.
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

You will be
* Passionate about cooking and delivering quality food
* Willing to learn, develop new skills, and grow your career within the business
* Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
* Strongly committed to food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
* Good with time management, possessing the ability to perform in a fact-paced environment
* Equipped with a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
