The Program
The program lasts 20 months and includes 3 Job Rotations. You will have the opportunity to choose from 3 career tracks to shape your professional journey:
* STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE & DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT
The track for those who thrive Vision; starting from innovation, you can imagine tomorrow's market and contribute directly to corporate governance by working on high-impact strategic goals and projects.
Career areas: Strategic Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Human Resources, Finance & Administration, Planning & Control, Digital Finance, TS Pay, Small & Micro Business.
* R&D & IT GOVERNANCE
The track for those who thrive on technological innovation, its application, and constant evolution.
Career areas: R&D, IT, Cloud Factory.
* SYSTEM INTEGRATION & PRODUCT MARKETING
The track for those who believe digitalization is the key asset driving Italy's growth and want to play an active role in its development and widespread adoption.
Career areas: Marketing, Delivery Governance, and Business Unit PMO.

Once you successfully complete the selection process, you will receive a permanent contract from day one.
You will embark on a tailor-made Job Rotation program designed to provide you with a solid foundation and meaningful exposure to different areas of the business from the very beginning.
Throughout the program, you will work closely with experienced managers and professionals, gaining hands-on experience and practical insights into how the organization operates.

* Are a graduate or about to graduate - preferably in Economics, Management, Engineering (Management, Computer, Mechanical, or related fields), Mathematics, Phisycs, Digital Management, or similar disciplines - with an outstanding academic record.
