1. Support day-to-day operations across cross-industry partnership channels (banks, payment platforms, local brands, and more) - from process to execution, wherever help is needed. 2. Dive into partnership data and turn numbers into insights - track user acquisition, redemption rates, and channel ROI to support decision-making. 3. Research the Saudi market, spot new partnership opportunities we might be missing, and help evaluate and onboard potential partners. 4. Help prepare commercial proposals, pitch decks, and partnership materials alongside the team. 5. Keep an eye on competitors, industry trends, and partnership campaign performance so we stay ahead. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of agreements and campaigns

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

1. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken) - able to communicate professionally with external partners and internal teams. 2. Interest in fast-moving, cross-functional commercial or operational environments. 3. Sharp analytical skills - you enjoy connecting dots and spotting trends in data. 4. Genuine curiosity about Saudi culture and the local market. 5. Ability to take ownership and work through messy, ambiguous problems; comfortable working independently with attention to detail. 6. Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different people in a multicultural environment
