HR Generalist Intern

We are seeking a fresh graduate to join our HR team as a HR Generalist Intern.
The role will provide support across various HR functions and offer exposure to recruitment and HR operations activities. In this role, you will provide end-to-end HR support across one or multiple countries.
* Support the HR team in day-to-day activities.
* Assist with coordination of HR processes and tasks as required.
* Support recruitment-related and onboarding activities when needed.
* Assist in basic HR documentation and communication tasks.
* Participate in HR projects, initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
* Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Fresh graduate.
* Saudi Nationals ONLY.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Interest in HR analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
* Strong problem-solving capability with the ability to apply sound judgement.
* Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
