Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Student/Intern, you will be employed by IBM as part of your academic program or during university breaks. This role is designed for students who are looking to gain professional experience while pursuing their education.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

* Assist with projects: You will contribute to various projects and tasks, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of the business. This is an opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a professional setting.
* Support teams: You will work alongside experienced professionals, supporting them in their daily tasks and learning from their expertise. This will help you build relationships and gain insight into different roles within the organization.
* Participate in learning opportunities: As a student/intern, you will have access to various learning resources and training programs. You will participate in these opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, preparing you for future roles.

You will be part of the software division and gain insight into this business, support the portfolio that cares the management of Software Integration Solutions.

Preferred Education

High School Diploma/GED

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Academic Program Enrollment: Currently enrolled at a university or educational institution in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related area.
* As we work in a German speaking market: German&English are required as C1/C2.
* Foundational Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with common software applications.
* Basic Understanding of Sales: Familiarity with sales principles and practices, including product sales and technical sales, in a digital-first environment.
* Interest in Learning: Willingness to participate in learning opportunities and training programs to expand knowledge and skills.
* Excellent communication & teamwork abilities.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Basic experience with Application Integration.
* Curiosity about AI-Enabled Technology: Basic understanding of utilizing an AI-enabled technology stack to streamline sales processes and enhance customer engagement
