1. Support the execution of user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives. 2. Monitor key user growth metrics and assist in preparing recurring performance reports and dashboards. 3. Analyze operational and user data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 4. Assist in the execution and tracking of user campaigns, promotions, and engagement activities. 5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, Data Analytics, and Operations to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives. 6. Maintain accurate operational data and support reporting processes. 7. Prepare presentations, analyses, and business updates for internal stakeholders. 8. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decision-making. 9. Support process improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. 10. Assist the User Growth team with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of at least one year from the internship start date. 2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent organizational and communication skills. 4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn. 6. Fluency in Portuguese and intermediate English. 7. Basic knowledge of SQL or an interest in learning data analysis tools is a plus. 8. Experience with digital marketing, CRM platforms, or lifecycle marketing is a plus. 9. Previous internship, research project, or leadership experience in student organizations is a plus. 10.
