Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about communications, storytelling and creating content that helps connect people to a business and its purpose?

We're looking for a Corporate Communications intern to join our Global Wealth Management (GWM) LatAm team and support a variety of internal and external initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to learn how strategic communications helps shape reputation, engage audiences and support business priorities in a leading global financial institution.

You will:

* support the development and execution of communications initiatives across the LatAm region.
* draft, edit and proofread communication materials for internal and external audiences.
* develop content for leadership communications, employee engagement, media relations and social media channels.
* monitor media coverage, industry news and relevant market developments.
* support project execution by managing timelines, materials and administrative activities.
* organize and support internal events, town halls and leadership engagements, including logistics and communications materials.
* collaborate with Communications, Marketing and cross-functional teams on day-to-day activities and initiatives.
* ensure communications materials align with UBS brand standards, policies and regulatory requirements.

The team

You'll be part of UBS's Corporate Communications team supporting the GWM LatAm business unit. We are based in São Paulo, you'll work closely with professionals responsible for end-to-end comms strategies and execution, including internal comms, media relations and organic social media. Our team partners with business leaders and stakeholders across the region to develop content, drive employee engagement, support reputation-building initiatives and help bring strategic priorities to life through effective communications.

Your Skills And Experience

* currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
* strong interest in corporate communications, media, content creation and storytelling
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* proactive, curious and eager to learn
* comfortable working collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders
* familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and digital communication tools is a plus
* ideally intermediate to advanced English skills; Spanish are considered a plus given our regional scope
* you're curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment - validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
