About the opportunity

* Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, report preparation, calendar management, and new joiner documentation.
* Managing New Joiners document requirements.
* Assist in planning and executing internal company events.
* Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience.
* Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence, and maintain a professional reception environment.
* Track, order, and organize office and pantry inventory; liaise with building management for routine maintenance and facility improvements.
* Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What you need to be successful

* Fresh graduate or undergraduate in any field.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
