We are seeking a driven individual who is passionate about being part of the global capital markets to join the Post Trade Operations Team. The Intern will report to the Senior Manager, Account Management and will split their time between the Canadian Depository for Securities (CDS) Accounts Management team facing our CDS participants and the Post Trade Innovations team processing transactions and facing clients using the Canadian Collateral Management Service. The Intern will work closely with these teams on various projects and initiatives. For example, working with internal stakeholders and external clients to develop an implementation plan for a Salesforce client case communications tool. Other assignments may involve working with complex spreadsheets, updating client contact information and documentation and organizing client communications and responses, where applicable.

This role reports to: Senior Manager, Account Management
This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Toronto, ON.

* Work with Subject Matter Experts to understand and map out business processes using flow chart methods
* Flexible to take on a variety of tasks, willingness and ability to adapt to changing responsibilities, able to stay organized to keep track and diligent to ensure completion
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people
* Confident presenting with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
* Proven ability to provide excellent client service, build relationships, and work in a team oriented environment
* Reliable and ethical, respecting customers' confidentiality at all times
* Demonstrated analytical skills and comfortable working with large amounts of data
* Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* An understanding of risk tolerance and appetite and the ability to manage accordingly
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Proactive and highly self-motivated

Must have(s):
* Currently pursuing, or successful completion of University degree, preferably in Business
* A good working knowledge of the Canadian Securities Industry and the Global Capital Markets is preferred
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other desktop applications
* Experience/involvement in large projects with familiarity with flow charting business process flows
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing and verbally is necessary

Nice to have(s):
* Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and other industry-related courses
* Experience / involvement in large Projects
* Bilingual with the ability to speak, write and read in both French and English
Note:
* 4 month Co-op / Internship: May 4, 2026 - August 28, 2026
* In order to be considered for the position, you are required to submit your Knockri Assessment

Salary Range: $20/hour - $25/hour CAD
