Position Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role is responsible for assisting the Project Manager with administering and controlling all aspects of the project. This includes the creation and administration of the project plan, project documents, time reporting and financial controls; assist in maintaining project schedules, develop and maintain issue logs and project repositories of documents, prepare documents for various recurring meetings including minutes, issue logs, etc., and develop presentation documentation as required for project teams and consolidate project status reports. This role is also responsible for producing month-end project financial reports in collaboration with the corporate project financial controller.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Responsibilities
* Assist the Project Manager in monitoring, controlling, and administering the project progress and performance and other aspects of project management (scope, tirne, cost, quality and risk).
* Support the Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules for carrying out the project, and identify resource and personnel needs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Analyze and identify discrepancies between the estimated, actual time and cost spent on a given project.
* Provide project planning support, including scheduling, budgeting, performance monitoring, variance analysis, status reporting, and resource planning
* Lead the evaluation of the project time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls as necessary to enable the successful delivery of the project.
* Identify trends and root causes of deviations against the baseline, Take recommend remedial actions.
* Coordinate and lead project change management process and ensure change impacts are properly integrated in project plan (scope, cost, schedule).
* Ensure that all deliverables to the client (i.e. all documentation) is defined and presented according to our client's quality standards
* Other duties as needed by PM, including but not limited to Monthly health check reporting, etc.
* Perform proper tracking of the project schedule and budget in order to proactively apply corrective actions/measures when necessary.
* Responsible to issue, with the support of the Project Manager, the required status report and dashboard for internal and external stakeholders, including executive level dashboard.
* Ensure project control procedures and policies are executed and functioning according to our client's methodology & performance standards for all projects.
* Track project invoicing and payment schedules progress.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
