Key responsibilities: * Works in a team-based, fast-paced, detail-oriented environment * Is resourceful, has an aptitude for learning new skills and initiative to participate in advanced projects * Conducts research to support business needs * Utilises platforms to manage and update team / client programmes * Supports the goals and initiatives of the team / client / business * Gains industry exposure * Participates in networking and mentorship opportunities

The data & analytics team is responsible for leading all the data & analytical engagements within Merkle. This position role will be help in implementing state-of-art innovative digital analytics solutions to solve complex business problems. You will be engaged in a variety of digital analytic projects that including Top tier High-tech/Retail/Luxury brands. To be successful in this role, you will need strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial work environment, be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and change, and ability to handle multiple projects and collaborating with your co-workers is essential.

* 熟悉Linux下的工作环境, 熟悉代码管理工具git
* 良好的沟通表达与演讲能力
* 有ACM / 数据建模项目经验为加分项
