This position reports to:Project Operations Manager

岗位职责
* 支持商务日常管理工作，包括经理日常报告，数据整理，项目信息收集，项目数据定期维护。
* 整理客户资料。
* 整理归档销售合同及协助处理其他日常文档工作。
* 督促销售及时更新Salesforce，保证数据准确性。
* 跟踪合同相关流程跟踪，项目进度跟进。
* 完成领导交办的其他销售辅助类工作。

岗位要求
* 统招本科及以上学历 (法律，市场营销专业毕业生优先)。
* 具备良好的英语读写能力，能处理日常邮件沟通。
* 每周工作2~3天， 共10天每月。
