1. Process Building and Optimization: Assist in establishing business processes, iterating based on actual business conditions, leveraging internal AI tools to improve efficiency and help sales and merchants enhance operational efficiency. 2. Data Operations: Conduct data analysis and reporting based on data templates, providing data support for project progress management. 3. Support Work: Includes quality checks, case Q&A, and other support tasks

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

1. Undergraduate degree or higher, preferably from engineering or management disciplines. 2. Prior internship experience at a major internet company (3 months or more), with familiarity in process building or data handling. 3. Excellent English proficiency, able to use it as a working language for written and verbal communication. 4. Willing to intern for 4 months or longer, ensuring at least 20 days of in-office work in Beijing per month during the period. 5. Proactive, curious, and diligent
