Intern/Trainee - Sales

Program Duration: 6 months
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients.
* Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare proposals tailored to guest needs.
* Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports.
* Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support sales strategies.
* Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
* Assist in organizing sales promotions, client site inspections, and familiarization trips.
* Gain exposure to hotel sales operations and build skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management

Qualifications & Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
* Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a must
