Your Role And Responsibilities

2026 IBM Consulting Internship - Application Consultant (PMO)

본 포지션은 채용연계형 인턴십으로, 기졸업자 또는 졸업예정자를 대상으로 합니다.

인턴십 시작인 3월 말부터 Full-time 근무가 가능해야 하며, 인턴십 기간 동안의 성과 평가를 통해 정규직 전환 기회가 주어집니다.

As an entry level Application Consultant at IBM you will help us usher clients into a new age of future-looking technology.

* IT 운영 프로젝트의 일정, 이슈, 리스크 관리 및 진행 현황 관리
* 시스템 운영 관련 산출물(운영 리포트, 회의자료, 장애/이슈 내역 등) 정리 및 관리
* 개발, 인프라, 보안 등 유관 부서와의 커뮤니케이션 및 조율 지원
* 운영 지표(KPI, SLA 등) 모니터링 및 정기 리포팅 지원
* IT 운영 프로세스 표준화 및 개선 과제 도출 보조

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* IT 서비스 운영 또는 프로젝트 관리에 대한 기본적인 이해
* 문서 작성 및 데이터 정리 역량(PPT, Excel 등 OA 활용 능력)
* 논리적 사고력과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력
* 일정 및 이슈 관리에 대한 책임감과 꼼꼼함
* IT 관련 전공/교육 이수자
* 공인 영어시험 성적 보유자 (이력서 내 기재 필수)

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* IT 운영, PMO, 시스템 개발 또는 인프라 관련 학습·인턴 경험
* 협업 및 이슈 관리 툴(ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Redmine 등) 사용 경험
* 장애 대응, 운영 자동화, IT 서비스 관리(ITIL 등)에 대한 관심
