EHS Intern, AMSAT Business Development and Operations,
Kgs. Lyngby

Ready to make a tangible difference? We are looking for an enthusiastic EHS Intern to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Team in AMSAT Business Development and Operations, where your problem-solving skills will directly contribute to implementing safety and working environment solutions in our dynamic operations. The position is expected to be at least a 6-month interim position.

Your new role
As an EHS Intern, you will support the Senior EHS Partner and various EHS activities, e.g. annual wheel activities, execution of workshops, reporting and ad hoc elements and others contributing to business execution. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable insights into EHS management within a leading global pharmaceutical environment. This is a unique opportunity to translate academic knowledge into practical solutions, contributing to a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. Your key tasks will include:

* Support EHS initiatives and data analysis across various AMSAT areas.
* Assist in conducting risk assessments and ensuring EHS compliance.
* Contribute to the implementation and optimisation of EHS management systems.
* Support on incident administration and EHS reporting.
* Support on promoting Psychosocial Wellbeing initiatives

Your new department
Business Development and Operations Department within AMSAT focuses on optimizing business management activities and driving operational excellence to enhance competitiveness and deliver value across manufacturing and testing processes. It supports strategic initiatives aimed at increasing transparency, robustness, and efficiency while ensuring fully compliant and innovative ways of working within AMSAT.

Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and curious individual with a strong desire to learn and make a positive impact:

* Currently pursuing Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related field.
* Demonstrated strong analytical skills and robust problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and data interpretation.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in Office 365 suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and general IT competencies
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, coupled with an eagerness to learn and adapt quickly within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Prior experience with data analysis or EHS management systems is considered as an advantage.
