About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Agency Operations Intern to join the TikTok LIVE MENA team. In this role, you will support the growth of the LIVE agency ecosystem by working closely with internal stakeholders and agency partners across the MENA region. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students who are passionate about the creator economy, data analysis, and business operations. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period. Responsibilities - Support daily operations and communications with TikTok LIVE agencies across the MENA region. - Coordinate with Arabic-speaking agency partners and internal teams to facilitate business initiatives. - Prepare, organise, and maintain operational documents, presentations, and training materials. - Collect, clean, and analyse business data to generate regular reports and operational insights. - Monitor key performance metrics and identify trends to support business decision-making. - Assist in planning and executing online and offline agency events, workshops, and training sessions. - Support cross-functional projects and perform other operational tasks as assigned

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Current undergraduate or postgraduate student. - Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to work with large datasets. - Excellent documentation and organisational skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience using SQL, Python, or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Previous internship experience in operations, consulting, internet, or technology companies is preferred. - Passion for the creator economy, live-streaming, social media, or digital entertainment. Working Arrangement - Internship duration: 3-6 months (flexible based on availability). - On-site work is required for at least three days per week. - Office location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
