H&S Intern

Descripción del puesto:

ERM Iberia is looking for an intern to join our Health & Safety team in Madrid or Barcelona.

As this is an internship, you must be currently enrolled in a university which is able to sign a "convenio de prácticas universitarias". Additionally, we are looking for students currently enrolled in a Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales with a strong interest in occupational health, safety regulations, and risk management, excellent analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

As an intern, you'll work alongside experienced consultants and support a variety of tasks, including:
* Assist in the preparation of health and safety documentation, including risk assessments and compliance reports
* Support the drafting of business proposals and client presentations
* Analyze workplace safety data and incident trends to identify areas for improvement
* Research updates to national and local health and safety regulations
* Help develop training materials and internal safety communications
* Support senior consultants in audit reports, inspections, and on-site evaluations to deliver to the clients

Ideal candidate:
* Master's program of Técnico Superior de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales
* Fluent in both English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Ability to adapt and prioritize in fast-paced environment.
* Strong initiative and eagerness to learn.
* Effective written/verbal communication and organization/analytical skills.
