Discover the art of pastry in the refined setting of Grand Hyatt Barcelona, our prestigious 5-star Grand Luxury hotel where creativity, excellence, and attention to detail define the guest experience. Over the course of six months, you'll become part of our culinary team, with a focus on pastry and dessert production across several dynamic outlets. From our elegant breakfast buffet to our signature café offerings, you'll learn the fundamentals of high-end pastry in a luxury hospitality environment.

What You'll Do

* Support daily pastry production for breakfast, café service, and special events
* Assist in preparing and presenting a wide range of desserts, baked goods, and sweet creations
* Learn traditional and contemporary techniques under the mentorship of our pastry chefs
* Ensure consistent product quality and presentation aligned with luxury standards
* Maintain impeccable kitchen organization, hygiene, and mise en place
* Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver an outstanding culinary experience

Who You Are

* Current student at a university
* Availability for starting the internship in August for 6 months period
* Passionate about desserts, flavors, and culinary craftsmanship
* English or Spanish necessary
* Attentive to detail, eager to learn, and committed to excellence
* Available for a 6-month full-time internship
* Able to sign a university collaboration agreement
* Legally authorized to work in Spain or enrolled in an EU-approved internship program
