The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations Intern to support the team. This is a fixed term opportunity (approximately 6 months) that will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain. What you will be doing: - Support the business development team in agency recruitment incl. lead generation initiatives, organizing open day events, supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support - Support rookie agencies in their growth through the basic understanding of TikTok LIVE by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies and education & growth tools available - Provide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticals Who are you? - Highly adaptable and quick learner - A kind team player with strong communication skills - Results-driven with strong data analysis skills and comfortable in a high-growth environment - Creative and highly motivated to absorb and learn

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - 2+ years experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry - High oral and written fluency in English and Spanish. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Spain, Europe and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with various teams and manage Spanish speaking agencies. - Outstanding communication, negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively. - Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and ability to work under pressure Preferred Qualifications: - Passion for the creator's economy and its enormous potential
