Job Title: Purchasing Intern

What you'll do:
* Assist with purchase order creation, order tracking, and supplier follow-ups
* Support buyers with vendor communication and basic supplier research
* Assist with sourcing activities, RFQs, and supplier communications
* Participate in purchasing activities with cross-functional teams
* Help resolve invoice discrepancies and delivery issues in coordination with suppliers
* Prepare reports and spreadsheets related to spend, usage, and vendor performance

What you'll bring:
* Student currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree in business or Supply Chain from an accredited institution
* Must be able to work independently and in a team-based environment
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Effective time management skills
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
