Intern, Ecommerce (Shiseido & Clé de Peau Beauté)

Job Summary:
The Ecommerce Intern is responsible for supporting the Ecommerce team to execute day-to-day launch and maintenance of the US Shiseido and Cle de Peau ecommerce sites. This includes a variety of tasks including but not limited to merchandising, reporting and .com development execution.

What You Will Do:
* Support Coordinator with brief prep related to site merchandising and product set up needs for corporate shared service partners.
* Incorporate site refresh and product launch changes into marketing calendars as needed.
* Candidate will collaborate with ecommerce coordinator, shared services and Ecommerce team members to assure that all launch information / data is cascaded & embedded into the briefs and projects are properly tested prior to launch.
* Assist in flagging and documenting onsite bugs. Aid Coordinator with external development partners until project completion.
* Support team in a variety of web analytics reporting and presentations.
* Daily QA of site content and functionality.

Who You Are:
* Pursuing BA or BS - marketing, ecommerce or other related field
* Meticulous organization skills a must
* Strong project management, communication and collaboration skills
* Salesforce Commerce Cloud and/or JIRA experience a plus
* Beauty and eCommerce enthusiast

Location: This role will be hybrid in our NYC Office
