Business Unit/Role Specific Information
Enterprise Shared Services (ESS) comprises key functions that are core to the company's operations, including Global Real Estate & Workplace Experience, Global Supply Management, Business Resilience & Corporate Functions Governance, Aviation, Internal Fraud, and Global Security. ESS helps keep our company growing and puts our colleagues at the center of everything they do by delivering best-in-class services that power safe, resilient, and efficient operations around the world.

Global Supply Management (GSM) provides strategic consultation and end-to-end procurement services that help American Express manage third-party spend, supplier relationships and risk. Strategic Sourcing & Business Enablement (SS&BE) supports strategic sourcing, contracting, supplier management, procurement operations and other priorities that help the company maximize value from its third-party relationships

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to organize information, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality work.
* Curiosity and an interest in procurement, sourcing, contracting, supplier management, operations, or related business disciplines.
* Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications
* Coursework or experience in business, finance, supply chain management, operations, economics, data analytics, risk management or related field.
* Experience using data to develop insights or recommendations.
* Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, or involvement in campus and community activities.
* Interest in working with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
