About The Role

Join our Total Rewards team and gain hands-on experience in how compensation, benefits, and equity programs are designed and managed in a global company.

You'll support meaningful projects, work with real data, and learn how strategic reward decisions are made. This is a great opportunity to build strong analytical and HR foundations for your career while working alongside experienced professionals.

Your Daily Adventures

* Support compensation and benefits processes, documentation, and internal communication.
* Analyse benefits data, benchmarking information, and market research insights.
* Assist with materials and data preparation for the EU Pay Transparency project.
* Conduct market research on competitors, roles, and job architecture to support job levelling.
* Collaborate on cross-functional People & Workplace projects.

About You

* You are currently studying HR, Business, Economics, Analytics, or a related field and are eager to apply your skills in practice.
* You are curious about how compensation, benefits, and equity programs work in a global organisation.
* You enjoy working with data and numbers and have strong attention to detail.
* You are proactive, enjoy being part of a team, and communicate openly.
* Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
