What you´ll do

* Project Management - tracking and monitoring of projects
* Creation of communication plans - infomails and infographics for announcements and promotional activities
* Update of training materials and documents for Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Improvement trainings
* Monitor activities of the ISO coordinators

What makes you a good fit

* Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Organizational Communication, or Project Management
* Knowledge in MS Office software required; Experience in design software for creating and sending out communication materials is an advantage
* Knowledge in live streaming tools (i.e., OBS Studio) is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills, with experience in Project Management, Presentation, and Research
* Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
* Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least four hundred-eighty (480) on-the-job training hours
