Job Description

You join the Web Applications team within the Pricing/Trading department, which is looking for an intern for a internship of 3 months from March 2026. The team consists of 6 business analysts and developers in Paris, and 3 developers in Porto.
The Web Applications offer (eSmart portal) provides Natixis clients and sales teams with pricing and trading tools dedicated to hedging and currency exchange products. Regular changes are requested by the sales and trading teams.

As part of one of our projects, we must provide our clients with documents detailing the use of our tools. Given that our clients have varying levels of functional competence, it will be necessary to offer several versions of the user guides, adapted to different levels of complexity.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Exchange with the sales team and the project team to fully understand the needs and expectations raised by our clients;
* Write the functional documentation on a trading tool dedicated to foreign exchange products (Forex). Plan for several scales of documents: "general public" version, "intermediate" version and "expert" version;
* Depending on the duration of the internship, design a POC for ingestion of documentation by an AI in order to offer a help agent available to our clients.
