Description

As a Legal Intern, you will join the EUKEM Legal Team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. Reporting directly to a Senior Legal Counsel, you will support the team in various legal and administrative tasks, contributing to the efficient operation of the department. This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop your legal research, drafting, and organizational skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents to support ongoing projects
Assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing legal documents, contracts, and memos
Organize and manage case files, records, and legal documents while ensuring confidentiality
Compile case-related information, including client background and supporting documentation, to assist in case preparation
Attend meetings to gain practical exposure and contribute to discussions
Ensure compliance with department guidelines and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

* Holding an LLM/Master 2 in Law or currently attending Bar School (as a lawyer trainee)

* Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.

* Proficiency in legal databases and Microsoft Office Suite.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Familiarity with competition law, distribution law, digital law, and data privacy regulations.
