Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance/ Economics/ Business economics/ Engineering/Real Estate & Urban Infra/ Urban Planning/ Architecture

Core Responsibilities & Key Competencies

* To undertake and assist Team/Managers in Core Execution of Strategic Consulting Mandates in areas of:
* undefined
* Best and highest use studies
* Development feasibilities
* Government Advisory
* Business Consulting
* Self-driven individual with strong analytical, research and communication (written and spoken) skills
* Should have logical & analytical thought process for understanding client requirements, conceptualization of solutions & efficient delivery of consulting projects
* Should be willing to travel for work and should be confident enough to have a Client interface.
* Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) is a must
* Internal & External Stakeholder Management
* Working Knowledge of Tools Preferred (but not mandatory): AutoCAD, Sketchup, PowerBI
* Open and willing to Travel for Work to undertake market surveys/stakeholder interactions
