What will you do

Brightly continues to grow, and it needs a tech savvy intern to support its team of amazing engineers. This opportunity is an excellent fit for a student in Computer Science/Engineering or related field. The intern will work alongside our top-notch engineers and product team to implement, deliver and support our highly ambitious products and integrations. We care deeply about your passion and dedication to the craft of software.

* Learn and contribute to how we build innovative and performant features into our software applications.
* Write clear, maintainable, and well-tested code, adhering to established standards.
* Contribute to unit and integration testing to ensure quality.
* Participate in agile ceremonies.
* Learn about the product lifecycle with other engineers, development managers, and product managers.
* Be a part of continuous process improvement.
What will you need to

* Enrolled in 3rd or 4th in a university program with a major in Computer Science/Engineering
* Experience with Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, Algorithms, or Web Programming. Ideally with experience in the following:
* C#
* JavaScript/TypeScript
* Modern SPA Frameworks
* A collaborative mindset.
* A drive to improve yourself and the team you work with.

* MS SQL Server
* C# - .NET Framework and .NET 8
* Github Copilot
* tSQLt, XUnit
* Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio Angular
* Redgate SQL Source Control
* Version Control Systems like Git/SVN
