Your new role
As a Creative Project Management Intern, you will play a key role in bringing creative strategy to life - turning ideas into well-executed campaigns that expand access to Novo Nordisk products and improve outcomes for patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with the end-to-end project process that produces creative strategy and campaigns to enable access to our Novo Nordisk products
* Managing creative briefs and developing innovative content, ensuring timely execution and evaluating impact
* Collaborating closely with Market Access, Commercial, Medical and Customer Engagement teams to align on strategy, value propositions and implementation
* Coordinating across stakeholders to keep projects on track, on time and on brief
* Bringing fresh creative perspectives and a sharp eye for quality to everything we produce
Internship duration: 3 August 2026 - 5 February 2027 based in Jakarta. Internship allowance provided.
Your new department
The Creative Project Management Intern will be based in our Market Access and Public Affairs (MAPA) department in Jakarta, Indonesia. Our team is made up of dedicated professionals committed to making a difference in the lives of patients. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who meets the following criteria:
* Recently graduated from a bachelor's or master's degree programme - preferably in pharmacy, marketing, design, communication or behavioural science, or with a strong academic background and project management skills
* A proactive, open-minded individual with a collaborative approach and a strong sense of curiosity
* Strong project management skills - able to break tasks down, set timelines, monitor deliverables and coordinate across teams, with the ability to translate ideas into clear, well-structured creative briefs
* Strong aesthetic sensibility and creative taste, with exceptional communication, organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Familiarity with content and design tools (PowerPoint, Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe) and basic project tools (Excel, Power BI) is a plus
