About the team Lifestyle category management team responsible to grow Home & Living, Lifestyle, Automobile category by driving initiatives related to industry enablement as well as managing sellers on operational level. In this role, intern will develop a hybrid skill set across Account Management, Creator Growth, and E-commerce Operations. Intern will also gain hands-on experience in managing seller and creator relationships, supporting business growth initiatives, and executing category-level projects within TikTok Shop. Responsibilities - Support short-video creators, supporting product seeding, sample distribution, and campaign communications. - Drive creator incubation initiatives by increasing product supply, expanding category coverage, and supporting the conversion of short-video creators into livestream creators. - Plan and execute regular livestream sessions in collaboration with creators and cross-functional teams to support category growth and business objectives. - Managing sellers accounts. Tasks include seller education, problem solving, campaign status update and other operation related tasks. - Communicating with sellers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed. - Assisting the sellers during the onboarding process, tasks included educating the sellers, problem troubleshooting, campaign status update. - Other admin-related work and troubleshooting
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
