You'll make an impact by :

* Learning and gaining hands-on experience in maintenance activities for production machinery, equipment, and factory tools.
* Coordinating and monitoring calibration schedules to ensure timely completion and compliance of measuring instruments and tools.
* Maintaining asset registration, tracking, and inventory records for factory equipment and tools.
* Developing maintenance reports and supporting analysis of equipment performance, breakdown trends, downtime, and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).
* Performing data analysis, filtering, and contributing to dashboard development (e.g., Power BI) to support maintenance and factory operational insights.
* Supporting asset labeling, asset mapping, and updating equipment identification records across the factory.
* Managing maintenance administrative documentation, including service records, preventive maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history records.
Your defining qualities :

* Currently pursuing a degree in Vocational School (SMK) in mechanical or mechatronis or a related field
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and reporting.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Interest in maintenance engineering, reliability improvement, and factory operations.
* Familiarity with Power BI or data visualization tools is an advantage.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a manufacturing environment.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
