Eli Lilly Italy is looking for a recent graduate passionate about automation and technological innovation for a six-month extracurricular internship in the Process Automation function.

Under the guidance of the Process Automation Associate Director, the intern will be involved in the development of a project that includes the analysis of spare parts, monitoring their lifecycle, and creating an application for inventory management. The goal is to anticipate supply needs and reduce the impact on production facilities.

This internship offers the opportunity to follow all phases of project implementation, developing practical skills in a collaborative and stimulating environment. You will gain in-depth knowledge of automation systems and strategies to address challenges related to technological obsolescence. Additionally, you will face real operational challenges and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, contributing to the creation of innovative and practical solutions.

Main responsibilities:
* Data Collection and Analysis: Analyze information on spare parts used in production lines to understand their usage and lifecycle.
* Inventory Management: Participate in the creation of a tool to monitor stock levels, ensuring they meet operational needs.
* Demand Forecasting: Study component lifecycles to anticipate obsolescence and strategically plan purchases.
* Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with automation managers and engineering teams, interacting with experts from various fields.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Engineering (Automation, Management, Biomedical, Mechanical)
* Excellent knowledge of English
* Proactivity and organizational skills
* Strong communication skills and flexible approach
* Teamworking attitude
