Job Description

What will you take care of?
As a Junior Quality Engineer you will be part of the Quality Management & Methods office, in our Head Quarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). You will give a cross support impacting all company functions and processes in order to implement a continuous improvement.
You Will:
Help shaping the future: supporting the Quality Management team in daily activities, operational support for quality management system, quality assurance and auditing.
Take on responsibility: taking care of quality assurance, analyzing, recording and following-up quality deviations in order to contribute to the continuous improvement.
Experience cooperation: supporting the technical departments for process improvements and lessons learned. You will be involved in auditing activities both internal and at our sales locations.
Experience internationality: experiencing relationship with the other Countries within Bosch Rexroth South Europe Region (France, Spain, Greece) and with our Head Quarter in Germany

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?
Education: You are a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering/ Management Engineering.
Know-how/Organizational Skills: You are a result-oriented person and you have the ability to adapt to different contexts, as well as an aptitude for problem solving. You are also very organized and able to deal with strict deadlines. You are familiar with management tools.
Personal Skills: You have an analytical mindset and relational attitude as well, being precise, reliable and team-worker.
Languages: Fluent Italian and English
