Responsibilities:
* Shadow Territory Sales Managers in the field and assist with visiting existing dealers and establishing new customer relationships.
* Gain knowledge in the following areas: selling skills, channel development, leadership skills, and managing customers.
* Conduct market research on product offerings and new product technology.
* Offer recommendations on process improvements within the sales organization to increase efficiencies and sales.
* Complete projects as needed demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Build internal network within sales and business functions.

Qualifications
* Education:Pursuing Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or another related field
* 3.0 GPA or higher
* Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office
* Travel Requirements: 15%
