MISSIONS

To support our fund distribution business line, Fund Channel is seeking a Fund Manager Operations Officer.
The Fund Manager Operations (FMO) team is responsible for managing rebates on behalf of its asset manager clients, including the calculation, reconciliation and invoicing follow-up of rebates due to distributors.

Key Responsibilities :

- Produce monthly and quarterly rebate calculations for distributors within agreed deadlines.
- Reconcile assets under management based on distributor statements.
- Review and set up rebate conditions and distributor networks in the in-house system, in line with distribution agreements.
- Verify rebate calculations and payments, ensuring compliance with established procedures and internal controls.
- Investigate and follow up on distributor queries relating to calculations, agreements and payments.
- Prepare reports for asset managers, including monthly accruals, accounting payment interfaces and ad hoc reporting tailored to their needs.
