Job Description
* Assist HOD/SSO in the overall administration of the GR/SES-Pg5 department.
* Support all administrative activities within the SES department.
* Update, organize, and maintain department records and files.
* Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
* Support special projects and assigned initiatives.
* Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis
Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Qualifications
* Degree/Diploma; Business Management, secretarial, or office management fields are an advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
* Good communication skills in English.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
