Media Implementation & Buying Intern

Overview * Support Buying & Finance team in day-to-day billings operations. * Booking the space or airtime once the campaign plan has been agreed with the client. * Handle own set of client accounts with accountability and responsibly. Responsibilities 1. Work closely & build strong relationship with media owners manage invoices and billings 2. Media Reports/Invoices * Generate media spend reports by each client. * Assist finance on invoice matching to bcc schedule number. 3. Overall * Work closely with Buying & Finance team on billings and deadlines. * Manage and clear all billings and backlogs. Qualifications Min Diploma in Business/Finance/Data Analytics/Statistics Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English Ability to deliver under pressure and management of timelines and production Meticulous and structured Curious character, instinctively proactive and believes in asking questions to get ahead Additional information Our intern benefits package comprises the following: 👉 Office closure for World Mental Health Day 10th October. 👉 Additional Company closure for all 4 major festive Celebrations 👉 A hybrid working schedule. 👉 Rest Relax & Recharge - office closure last week of December every year
