About the Internship

We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and highly motivated Intern to support the Product Management, Planning, and External Affairs functions. This internship provides valuable exposure to business planning, product launch activities, government affairs, market intelligence, and cross-functional project management within the automotive industry. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders and gain hands-on experience in supporting strategic business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
* Support product launch preparations and coordinate follow-ups with relevant internal departments.
* Assist in preparing product reports, product council materials, and launch-related documentation.
* Support product analysis, benchmarking, and market intelligence activities.
Planning
* Analyze and consolidate sales, forecasting, and business planning data.
* Prepare reports, dashboards, and management presentations to support business decision-making.
* Support the Ordering team with operational activities, including CKD invoice processing and documentation.
External Affairs
* Assist in coordinating stakeholder meetings, events, and engagement activities.
* Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, government policies, and incentive initiatives.
* Support the preparation of official correspondence, government submissions, and incentive applications.
Project & Administrative Support
* Provide support for departmental projects, cross-functional initiatives, and ad hoc assignments.
* Assist with documentation, process improvement activities, and administrative tasks as required.

Qualifikationen

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Political Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

* Knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

* Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

* Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

* Possess a valid driving license (mandatory).

* Available for a minimum internship duration of six (6) months
