ROLE
* To support NPI End of Line (EOL) Engineer for new material / process / equipment for new packages / new products to meet the quality, yield, cost and time to market requirement.
* To support NPI End of Line (EOL) Engineer on technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to molding material and process
* To assist and support NPI Engineer for Engineering lot/ Customer Sample built and DOE validation
* To support Engineer on data collection for Assembly report completion and DOE validation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
* Bachelor's degree in Material Science / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering field.
* Good Communication skills
Good inter-personal skills and able to work well under pressure.
