SPX Express - Intern - Health & Safety

Descripción del puesto:

* Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and management systems.
* Assist in workplace inspections, safety audits, and emergency preparedness activities.
* Track HSE KPIs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
* Support incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups.
* Assist with ISO documentation, legal compliance, and HSE reporting.
* Participate in safety training, risk assessments, and warehouse security initiatives

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health Safety and Environment or related disciplines
* Excellent understanding and knowledge in OHSE / HSE based on local law and regulations
* Portray the ability to manage complex issues, solutions oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment across cross-functional teams
* Has an eye for detail and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Working location: Primarily based in Menara SouthPoint, MidValley

The Operation teams at SPX Express covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud
