The Position
Job Title
Clinical Value Marketing Intern
Role Purpose
As the clinical value marketing intern, you are creative, organized and scientifically minded to bridge the gap between complex science and engaging customer experiences. In this role, your primary scope will be to adapt, design and create impactful content and marketing collateral tailored for healthcare professionals, laboratories and patients. Simultaneously, you will drive engagement by actively supporting the end-to-end planning and execution of key customer events, product launches and major medical congresses.
In this role, you will
1. Content & Collateral Creation
* Material Development: Develop clear, engaging, and scientifically accurate marketing materials (e.g., product brochures, flyers, digital banners, presentation slide decks, and infographics) targeted at Malaysian healthcare ecosystems and customers.
* Localization & Asset Adaptation: Review global or regional marketing assets and localize them to align with Malaysian regulatory guidelines context.
* Digital Campaign Support: Assist in drafting copy, content schedules, and creative visuals for digital marketing channels and email campaigns
2. Event Management & Execution
* Event Logistics: Support the marketing team in planning and executing physical, hybrid, and virtual events (e.g., product launches, medical symposia, customer workshops, and webinars).
* On-Site Coordination: Assist with booth setup, registration management, technical coordination, and customer engagement during live events.
* Collateral Readiness: Ensure all marketing materials, promotional items, and event booth backdrops are designed, printed, and delivered on time for events.
* Post-Event Analysis: Assist in collecting customer feedback, managing lead lists, and analyzing event performance metrics.
Any other tasks or projects as assigned from time to time.
Who you are:
You are someone who are/have:
* Scientific literary: Ability to read and digest medical/scientific data and turn it into consumer-friendly or physician-targeted language.
* Creative & AI-Driven Content Creation: Proficiency or strong interest in leveraging Generative AI tools to accelerate copywriting, brainstorming, and visual asset generation.
* Organization & Event Skills: Strong multitasking and project management skills; Proven ability to handle event logistics, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail under pressure-whether organizing university projects or corporate medical congresses.
* Collaborator: A strong sense of accountability, collaborative spirit, and the agility to handle both desk-based creative work and fast-paced live events.
Qualification and Experience:
* Currently pursuing or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Medical Sciences, Biomedical, or Marketing (with a strong interest in the scientific industry).
