YOUR TASKS
* Help with day-to-day tasks like responding to customer inquiries, updating trackers, and assisting with admin tasks.
* Work together with the Supervisors on process improvement or automation.

YOUR PROFILE
* Strong written and verbal English proficiency with the ability to draft clear responses.
* Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting.
* Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and follow guidance.
