Role Summary The MBC/CAPEX Intern will support - Month-end close activities. - Financial reporting. - Fixed asset analysis. - CAPEX project tracking. - Reconciliations across multiple North American plants. This role requires strong analytical abilities, good English communication, and a proactive attitude to support any team needs. *Location: Mty Hub - Punto Valle. *Hybryd scheme. *Morning availabilities. Candidate Profile / Requirements Soft Skills High proactivity and willingness to support the team in any needed activity Detail-oriented and methodical Structured approach to learning and documenting processes Time management Comfortable asking questions early and clarifying instructions Team player who adapts to different workstyles Technical Skills Must Have Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, vlookup/xlookup, sumifs) Basic accounting knowledge (accruals, fixed assets, journal entries) Analytical skills to understand datasets, identify variances, and validate information Advanced English level (reading, writing, and verbal) to communicate with teams across NAM plants. Strong organization and follow-up skills Ability to deliver tasks with weekly/monthly deadlines Nice to Have Experience with an ERP (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards) Basic Tableau knowledge Interest in CAPEX, Fixed Assets, Industrial Finance.
