The TikTok Shop LATAM operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The team is responsible for building the TikTok e-Commerce partnership for the TikTok e-Commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe TikTok is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join us to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users together. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Raise the bar - Be results focused, grow value, educate and lead strategic conversations with agencies. Be responsible for agencies performance and growth by educating and training with best practices, analysis and diagnosis of traffic and performance data. - Make your own discoveries - Grow a deep understanding of TikTok Shop platform, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues. - Assume ownership - Work with agencies to optimize and improve their performance in TikTok Shop and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale. Use data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions. - Embrace change as an opportunity - Have a growth mindset: learning when you don't understand, accept challenges, solutions-oriented feedback; viewing uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive. - Collaboration creates value - Seek to support new agencies as they learn about our products and processes. Requerimientos del candidato/a:
Minimum Qualifications: - Applicants are kindly requested to submit an English-language resume - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related major. - Strong interest in digital content, creator marketing, TikTok, and the e-commerce ecosystem. - Solid communication skills, strategic thinking, and a results-oriented mindset. - Experience or strong interest in content production (video, scripting, copywriting), ideally with familiarity with TikTok-style content.
